This website is an informational site with no contact form and no user accounts. Without your consent nothing is stored on or read from your device beyond what operating the site requires. The site works in full if you decline. No profiling takes place.

Your privacy choice is managed with c15t and stored on your device so that we do not ask again on every visit. That storage is required to honour your choice (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG) and cannot be switched off.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. A withdrawal takes effect going forward.

Only if you agree do we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). The service stores an identifier on your device and records which pages are read and how visitors arrive here. Before your consent no script is requested from googletagmanager.com; we use Google Consent Mode with a default state of denied.

The legal basis for the storage on your device is § 25 (1) TDDDG, and for the subsequent processing Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Google also processes this data in the United States. The transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. On withdrawal we switch the tag off and delete the cookies it set.

The website is operated on Cloudflare, Inc. On each request Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent in order to deliver the page and to fend off attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Transfers to the United States are based on the EU standard contractual clauses.

If you write to us by email, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
